About Me

I create unique wellness experiences to encourage personal growth and community building. I really enjoy taking yoga out of the studio so my beloved clients can focus on the practice. Based in North Carolina, but I love being an international yoga teacher and use my platform to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in the wellness industry. Let’s grow and glow together!
