a welcoming space to stretch slowly, breathe deeply, and ease into Saturday. This 3-month series designed to help you slow down and reset, with a nourishing yoga practice designed to gently increase your strength and flexibility.

You don’t need to be super flexible. You don’t need to have it all together. Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected after a nourishing yoga practice. Just bring your mat and your beautiful self. I’ll take care of the rest.
